As part of its commitment to effectively train the future players in the cleaning and services sector, Onet is proud to announce its collaboration with IDRAC Business School, creating a dedicated work-study class with an exclusive MBA in business engineering linked to the cleaning and related services professions.

Comprehensive, recognized training
The diploma awarded on completion of this course is recognized by the French State, and leads to level 7 professional certification (bac +5). This work-study program extends over a period of 25 months, offering a combination of one day of distance learning per week and on-the-job immersion within Onet's teams. This hands-on approach guarantees students solid professional experience while enabling them to acquire the necessary skills.
The missions of future business engineers
The course offers students two types of assignment. Firstly, they will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the commercial aspects of the sector, by defining and implementing commercial action plans, prospecting new customers and analyzing their needs. Students will also take part in commercial study missions, including responding to invitations to tender, making presentations and opening construction sites at the request of branch managers. This multi-disciplinary approach will enable students to develop a wide range of skills and a better understanding of the challenges facing the cleaning and associated services sector.
