Reporting to the Agency Director and the Site Manager (Le Mans Hospital), you will lead the quality, safety and environment policy and organize its implementation, in addition to your duties as Deputy Site Manager.
Your missions are as follows:
HYGIENE, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT :
- Implement and monitor quality, safety and environmental procedures on the site.
- Advise and assist team leaders and site managers, with support from the Regional QSE Assurance Manager where necessary.
- Inform Team Leaders of the categories of materials and equipment subject to periodic inspection.
- Listen to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions, and pass on any information useful for the continuous improvement of working conditions.
- Analyze incidents, near misses and accidents.
- Participate in the analysis of risks and malfunctions, and in the search for ways to improve.
- propose and plan action plans.
- Monitor HSE indicators and report to the Site Manager and Branch Manager.
QUALITY :
- Manage and control quality-related records.
- Process non-conformity sheets, forward them to the Regional QSE Assurance Manager, monitor the implementation of corrective actions and their effectiveness.
AUDIT AND CONTROLS :
- Initiate and monitor periodic equipment checks.
- Ensure compliance with prevention plans, safety instructions, procedures and operating modes.
- Monitor and update site access rights and vaccinations.
COACHING T TRAINING :
- Support teams and help them acquire methods and processes.
- Organize actions to inform and raise awareness among employees about risks: workplace accidents, road accidents, etc., and suggest areas for improvement.
- Design and implement training programs.
