Your mission

Reporting to the Onet Accueil agency, you will join one of our customer's sites located

in BIGNON (44).

CDD DU 7 au 16 aout 2024 du lundi au vendredi de 9h00 à 12h30 puis de 13h30 à 17h00.

Driving licence required for access to the site

In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

Physical reception of visitors and employees on site,
Telephone answering service,
Badge management (creation and issuance of badges),
Make an appointment,
Mailings,
Mail and parcel management (incoming and outgoing mail processing, franking),
Various administrative tasks,
Meeting room management,
Inventory management (office supplies, badges, handrails).

Your assets

You have a sense of service and rigor. Politeness and initiative come naturally to you.

You have excellent elocution and writing skills.

You are comfortable using the Pack Office and office automation tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience as a host or hostess in a similar position would be appreciated, but above all it's your talent and motivation that will make the difference.
