Your mission

To strengthen our teams at the Onet Group's headquarters, we are recruiting a Work-study Recruitment Officer (F/H).

Based at Onet's head office in Marseille (9th arrondissement) and reporting to the Recruitment Department, your missions are as follows:

Conduct briefings on operational needs
Write and distribute job offers
Develop a sourcing strategy (job boards, social networks, etc.)
Contacting candidates and conducting telephone pre-selections
Conducting interviews
Report on recruitment activity
Processing unsolicited applications
Participate in recruitment forums

Your assets

You are currently studying for a Master's degree in Human Resources at a business school or equivalent. Ideally, you will have some initial experience in recruitment.

You are recognized for your interpersonal and writing skills.
