The Q3SER correspondent deploys and drives Q3SER management policies within his or her scope, in line with standards, internal procedures and customer requirements.

In this capacity, your missions are as follows:

- You record, process and monitor complaints from interested parties and the associated action plans (follow up if necessary).

You record and analyze non-conformity reports on an ongoing basis (on-call system).

-You support, advise and inform employees on quality, safety, health, security, the environment and radiation protection in their activities.

-You support and participate in the drafting of operational documents related to Q3SER areas (MMQ, PMQ, PMQP, etc.).

-You take part in regular business meetings to promote and monitor Q3SER areas with management.

-You contribute to maintaining certifications.

-You carry out quality, safety, health, security, environment and radiation protection inspections on site and on project.

-You carry out internal Q3SER audits on products, projects and antennas.

-You'll be on site to provide assistance when needed.

Your assets

You have a higher education qualification (engineering school or Master's degree) specializing in QSE.

You are autonomous, rigorous and reactive.

You have a good knowledge of Q3SER and customer standards (SGAQ 2021, NTAQ85114) as well as regulations and the INB decree of 07/02/2012.
