As Operations Manager, you are in charge of coordinating all activities.
You ensure that the preparation and execution of services run smoothly. You also have technical and operational responsibility for preparing, monitoring and optimizing planning. To this end, you will manage a team of site foremen, and liaise with the preparers and planners.
You analyze the coherence of the schedule, taking into account the sequencing of multi-trade activities, and ensure the necessary optimizations.
You supervise and validate the operational and human resources to be put in place and arbitrate priorities.
At the same time, and in conjunction with the Site Manager, you will report on achievements and changes to the schedule, and on corrective actions to address the causes of failures in planning preparation and control.
You have a natural ability to communicate with your various contacts. You know how to handle several subjects simultaneously in project mode, in order to resolve technical, organizational and logistical problems in a complex industrial environment.
You are an experienced manager with the ability to lead and challenge an operating team.
You have a technical degree (bac +3 to bac +5) with a major in logistics/generalist/radiological protection, and you must have proven experience (6/10 years) in managing or coordinating nuclear sites in a power plant.
