Your role is key: as manager of the teams working on their sites, you help to ensure the satisfaction of the agency's customers, while maintaining regular customer relations. To do this, you organize worksites by defining the technical and human resources required (taking part in the recruitment, integration and training of new arrivals). Financially, you help to draw up and monitor the agency's annual budget, analyze site reports and implement action plans to optimize them.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your colleagues comply with health and safety procedures and instructions on the various worksites, and for taking preventive action. You will ensure compliance with the specifications relating to the services expected by your customers. On a regular basis, you will be asked to take part in drawing up prevention plans for different sites, and to ensure that they are followed up.
