Working with the Operations Manager in the food-processing cleaning sector, the work-study student takes part in managing the agency's business, in support of the Director. They manage the economic, social, technical and commercial aspects of their scope. He/she participates in defining the agency's plan and implements the management's strategy.
Management/Operation :
- Participate in the management of the agency's fleet of equipment, in line with the needs of food-processing cleaning sites.
- Draw up schedules for cleaning work, in liaison with the Food Operations Manager.
- Supervise the progress and successful completion of food-processing cleanliness work.
- Based on site visits, be able to design and propose technical solutions adapted to the agri-food sector.
- A critical eye (work processes, specifications, etc.).
- Eventually, be able to analyze, comment on and summarize site reports with the Operations Manager and Branch Manager.
Business development :
- The work-study student is not a salesperson in his or her own right, but provides support to the sales team, operations and prospects.
- Participate in drawing up and/or validating quotations.
- Participate with sales representatives in milestone meetings (presentations, visits, support sessions, etc.) throughout the process.
- Maintain regular customer relations (satisfaction, compliance with specifications).
- In the long term, to learn about the Group's capabilities in the agri-food sector (different processes, different references, etc.) in order to promote the full range of services.
Quality, safety, environment :
- Participate in the application of policy, procedures and operating methods defined by management.
- Represent the company when prevention plans are drawn up, and ensure that they are followed up.
- Monitor security clearances and authorizations for the food processing site(s).
- Eventually, be able to recommend corrective actions to the Branch Manager.
Management/Human Resources :
- Participate in staff selection/recruitment.
- Ensure that staff are trained, empowered and capable of carrying out food-processing cleanliness work.
- Transmit contract, payroll and billing information to the administrative department.
- Ensure that the social climate is well managed.
Monitoring and reporting :
- Manage activity and quality indicators to ensure compliance.
