With offices in Paris, Bordeaux and Marseille, Sinteo supports its customers in optimizing building performance and comfort, from design to operation.

Based in our Paris offices, you will work on a variety of assignments with the Operations team.

Your role will be to :

Optimize the performance of commercial buildings: energy and carbon audits, BMS audits, climate risk studies, ESG assessments, etc.
Carry out energy monitoring on a property portfolio scale (energy management)
Implement certification procedures for operations (HQE Exploitation, Breeam In-Use),
Contribute to developing an internal culture of knowledge and foresight (strategic and regulatory watch, technological innovations, international development, etc.);

Your assets

Above all, we're looking for someone who's motivated, who'll thrive on the challenge and get involved.

You are preparing a BAC+4 or BAC+5 degree. You have a good command of the Office package, particularly the advanced functions of Excel.
