Each year, we have the pleasure of supporting interns and work-study students in their training path, guiding them towards obtaining their diploma while training them in the specificities of our professions.

Reporting to the Transport/Customs Team Leader F/M, you will be responsible for the following missions:

- Ensure compliance with transport regulations

- Monitor the compliance of transport documents and invoices

- Know the transport plan and customer requirements

- Ensure the smooth running of operations until the end of the contract of carriage

- Use the customs website

- Manage export licenses

- Update tables and SAP

- Manage the inward processing and outward processing stock

- Monitor the smooth running of customs acts

Your assets

* A hands-on person, you are known for your taste for teamwork, your seriousness, your reliability and your ability to meet deadlines.

* Rigor and knowledge of regulations

* Compliance with regulations and safety instructions

* Enjoys versatile and independent work

* Good command of Excel, Google Sheet and SAP tools would be a plus
