Reporting to the Branch Manager, your missions are as follows:

Operation

Efficient and effective scheduling of on-site agents
Ensure complete input into planning software to guarantee billing and payroll compliance
Follow up on schedule changes and monitor agents after absences
Manage agent replacements, ensuring compliance with legislation
Monitor equipment and clothing within its scope
Ensure site profitability in order to contribute to the agency's growth.

Management

Local management of agents in the area
Ensure recruitment, establish a pool of talent
Monitor agent professionalism and service quality
Ensure customer and employee satisfaction

Quality - Safety - Environment

Follow-up on dashboards and postings (safety, memos)
Prepare and participate in audits
Draft and update on-site documents (instructions, prevention plans, etc.) and ensure they are properly applied.
Analyze work incidents/accidents

Human Resources

Help manage employee files and monitor contracts
Recruiting cleaners
Meet organizations like France Travail
Participate in forums
Managing variable payroll elements
Distribution of recruitment ads via our software
Pre-select candidates
Participants in recruitment interviews

Your assets

You are preparing a 2-year degree, ideally in management.

You enjoy office and operational work.

You have good interpersonal skills and are a team player. You are versatile.
