As part of Onet Logistics' Human Resources Department, your responsibilities will include :

- Writing and posting ads,

- Sourcing candidates,

- Managing telephone and face-to-face interviews (individual and/or group),

- Creating a pool of potential candidates,

- Application follow-up,

- Identify new sourcing channels and tools

School relations :

- Participation in forums

- Referenced partners

- Organization of school relations events

Participate in "candidate and employee experience" projects: integration, trial period follow-up, loyalty ...
