Onet Logistique is recruiting :

A logistics project manager / methods engineer F/H

Working in our design office, your main tasks will be :

o Design the global logistics chain for sites within its scope of activity,

o Lead lean management projects within its scope,

o Preliminary studies for new sites,

o Manage logistics methods projects in line with Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives,

o Draw up a production system action plan,

o Determine procedures, identify, cost and implement operational improvements,

o Write and update operating procedures and work instructions,

o Lead the search for optimization with field teams,

o Manage the implementation of customer-initiated projects/changes,

o Lead the implementation of digital projects to improve the performance of our service,

o Manage interfaces between the various players

PERFORMANCE

o Set up monitoring and control tools (dashboards, graphs, KPIs, etc.)

o Analyze KPIs (using 5P causal analysis tools, QQOCP, ISHIKAWA)

o Monitor the implementation of the action plan and initiate corrective actions as necessary.

o Carry out Production System reporting for the

site.

o Develop and make proposals for continuous improvement.

o Maintain an active watch on best logistics practices

Your assets

- Bac+4/+5 in Logistics,

- Experience in an industrial or logistics environment would be a plus,
- Knowledge of Lean principles,
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomous and proactive,
- Strong interest in logistics professions,
