As an integrator of human and electronic security services and solutions, Onet Security supports its customers in comprehensive risk management. From design-engineering and operations management to monitoring and progress planning, our multi-disciplinary teams provide solutions tailored to meet the most stringent safety and security requirements (commercial, ERP, SEVESO, events, etc.).

Reporting to the Agency Manager and integrated into the administrative team of the Onet Security Lyon agency located in Bron, your missions will be as follows:

Payroll :

- Payroll management, entry and control,

- Entry of variable payroll elements,

- Entry and clocking-in of employee representatives' delegation hours,

- Answering employees' payroll-related questions.

Personnel management :

- Carry out administrative procedures for new hires and departures (DUE, contracts, STC, etc.),

- Check residence permits,

- Manage employee files (endorsements, sick leave, work-related accidents, paid leave, training, etc.),

- Administrative management of training (entry of training plan),

- Management of work-study contracts,

- Entry of medical visits in personnel software,

- Entering economic and social data.

Your assets

Trained to Bac +2/Bac +3 level, you have a first successful experience in a similar position.

Experience in payroll and personnel management is required.

You have good interpersonal skills, are rigorous, and know how to organize yourself, work independently and as part of a team. You are recognized for your commitment and dedication.

Good writing skills and computer skills (Pack Office) required.

Knowledge of HR Access software is a plus.
