The Logistics Methods Manager's role is to support our projects in a multi-site, multi-customer environment, covering a variety of sectors such as aeronautics and distribution.

Under the supervision of the Ile de France Logistics Methods Manager, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the optimization of our processes and the continuous improvement of our activities.

- Lead the search for optimization with field teams.
- Manage the implementation of customer-initiated projects and changes.
- Lead digital lean management projects within your scope.
- Draw up the production system action plan.
- Write and update operating procedures and work instructions.
- Set up monitoring and steering tools (dashboards, graphs, KPIs). Set up monitoring and steering tools (dashboards, graphs, KPIs).
- Analyze KPIs and trigger corrective actions as necessary.
- Report on the site's production system.
- Contribute to programming with VBA, Power BI and modeling.
- Develop continuous improvement proposals.
- Keep an active watch on logistics best practices.

Your assets

You are studying for a Bac+4+5 in Logistics

At least one year's experience in an industrial or logistics environment (internship or other) may be a plus.

Knowledge of Lean principles

Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy and ability to make proposals

Strong interest in logistics professions
