As part of your internship assignment (4 to 6 months), you will assist the
Recruitment/Mobility team:
- Analyze recruitment needs and profiles with
operational staff
- Write and post advertisements on the various recruitment channels, format internal communication campaigns, mobility, cooptation...
- Search for potential candidates using established methods
- Sourcing candidates from available CV libraries
- Select candidates who meet the defined criteria
- Conduct documentary research on sectors of activity, jobs and multiple sources of candidates
- Send a selection of applications to recruiters on a regular basis,
- Follow-up with customers when necessary
- Responding to applicants
- Weekly reporting.
If you are taking a gap year or looking for a final internship as part of a Master II in HR, Business School...
Interested in recruitment, you are a good communicator, both in writing and orally, and you are rigorous.
Excel skills required.
Internship lasting 4 to 6 months.
This position is subject to administrative investigation.
