Onet Iberia is recruiting for a 6-month internship a :

Recruitment Manager F/H

Reporting to Onet Iberia's Head of Recruitment, you will be integrated into the Human Resources department based at the Group's international management in Madrid. You will be involved in Onet's activities in Spain. Your missions will be as follows:

Recruitment :

- Creation of clear and attractive job offers

- Publication of offers on appropriate job boards

- Pre-selection of candidates

- Telephone interviews with candidates and report writing

- Assistance in setting up integration programs for new recruits

- Analysis of the job market and salaries on offer.

Training :

- Follow-up and participation in setting up training courses for new employees

- Receipt, verification and transmission of invoices to the accounting department

- Calculation of training amounts to be deducted monthly from social security contributions

Development :

- Assistance in the development and processing of personnel review data

- Participation in the implementation of action plans determined as part of the personnel review.

CSR :

- Coordination of the company's social actions

Your assets

You are looking for an internship abroad as part of your Master's degree in human resources and have a very good level of Spanish (C2).

You have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), are organized, creative, able to take initiative and detail-oriented.

You also have a good command of IT tools.
