On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the teams assigned to your worksites, ensuring compliance with instructions/procedures, safety and contributing to a good social climate.

You will monitor and manage your worksites (from site preparation through to withdrawal) by leading worksite meetings, planning work, ensuring the technical feasibility of interventions and associated methodologies, managing interfaces and co-activity with contractors and subcontractors, and proposing technical solutions.

You will also draw up a daily report on your activity and contribute to customer relations.

Your assets

With a Bac/bac +2 degree, you have proven experience in site management and supervision of work teams in an industrial context.

You have a good knowledge of nuclear site requirements.

You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work as part of a team and your sense of responsibility and results. Your ability to make decisions will enable you to succeed in this position.
