Job offer CELLULE COORDINATOR F/H CDI Bouches du Rhône (13)

For one of our customers in the rail sector, we are looking for a cell coordinator who, under the authority of the SPB Manager, has sufficient authority to enforce
work methods and safety instructions.

Your missions are to :

Make sure the host(s) have started their shift (call
before they start).
Ensure that the host(s) have noted down the train number
(telephone call to be made when the host(s) come on duty).
Transcribe all annotations concerning the host(s) to
the specific table
Informing guests of various reminders
Compliance with intervention protocols and operating procedures
Checking the contents of guests' suitcases and bags
Check that their clothing is in order
Distribution of materials and products
Inventory management of materials, products and consumables
The state of cleanliness of the premises provided by SNCF and H.
REINIER
Report any anomaly or special request to the
planner and/or to his/her line manager
Carrying out quality controls on the products produced at
management days
Editing and distribution of roadmaps
Check that hosts are familiar with the prevention plan and
safety data sheets
It triggers the reserve
It can assist or replace the planner

Your role is an important one: you ensure that the service is carried out correctly. You are the contact person who is always present and available. You ensure operational management of the service in real time. You are the host(s)'s day-to-day contact.

Through your work, you contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and travelers.

You are available from Monday to Sunday.

4 days a week
Timetable: either 4.45 a.m.-1.30 p.m. or 1.15 p.m.-10 p.m.
Approximately 2 Sundays worked per month

If you're a motivated, hard-working person, you'll be well-suited to the job. Your organizational skills will also be highly appreciated.

If you are proficient in ORTEC planning software, and also have knowledge of specifications, safety instructions, the Prevention Plan, MSDSs, and if you are computer literate, you're ready for the job!

You are recognized for your rigor, meticulousness and autonomy, with an eye for detail and perfection.

You are well-presented, able to organize yourself, keep to positions given by your superiors and be accountable. You have a sense of responsibility and customer service.

- Ideally, you have completed a training course in cleaning.

- First experience in a similar position is welcome, but all profiles are considered.
