Under the authority of the line manager to whom he/she reports (site manager, operations manager or operations manager), the safety coordinator participates in the management and monitoring of a site's services, in compliance with the specifications and rules and procedures in force. He/she supports the manager in charge of the service and acts as an interface with the customer and operational teams.
Operational missions will involve :
- Receipt and update of the External company file set up for each site
- Receipt of appointment requests for various office visitors
- Receive various requests by e-mail and process them according to the instructions and procedures in force
- Parking accreditations for sites
- Receipt and editing of lists sent by the CCM and all site personnel
- Centralization of badge requests
- Receipt of safety data sheets relating to an event
- Creation of event folders for safety and DSD personnel:
- Summary of FUSEIS through a weekly safety bulletin; with analysis of DSD Assistance activity by number and type of request.
- Receipt and editing of lists sent by the CCM and all site personnel
- Centralization of requests for safes, keys, lockers, shredders and emergency code announcements
- Handle telephone reception for safety requests
- Participate in making mandatory documents available on site and updating them: Instructions, memos
- Participate in the smooth running of on-site services and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to compliance with regulations - Participate in processing customer complaints and update dashboards
- Report on and monitor the number of staff and visitor admissions to all sites
- Receipt and analysis of day/night reports
- Reception and analysis of anomaly content and possible processing (e.g. request for intervention) - communication with DSD
- Takeover of the various workstations on all the sites involved in the project
Curiosity and vigilance are strong assets. You must hold a valid professional card and SST certification to apply for this position, SSIAP2- SSIAP 3 appreciated.
