We are looking for a Regional Payroll Coordinator (M/F) to manage payroll activities in the IDF region for the Regional Division:
Scope of activity :
11 Agences in the Paris region, spread over 2 successive pay closing periods per month, with different collective bargaining agreements.
Management and Training :
§ Provide day-to-day management, support and guidance to an assistant payroll coordinator, while working to a tight schedule (2 successive payroll closures per month).
§ Have a sense of responsibility, respect the obligations of neutrality and confidentiality
§ Guarantee the payroll process for the whole region and be able to make decisions by referring to your line manager on the whole activity and particularities.
§ Ensure the day-to-day development of the assistant payroll coordinator's skills
§ Implement HR ACCESS configuration with the HRIS in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and URSSAF regulations
§ Act as the Group HRIS contact for requests to upgrade the payroll software, and keep the branch payroll regulations up to date with the relevant specifics.
§ Support and advise all payroll and personnel administration contacts in their day-to-day work (agency administrative managers and payroll assistants: around 15 people throughout the Ile-de-France region).
§ Train administrative teams in the various legal, contractual and IT changes, and support new recruits.
§ Managing complex payrolls; industrial tribunals, transactions...
§ Studying and analyzing files within the framework of conventional takeovers
§ Payroll legal and collective bargaining watch / Payroll software management
§ Inform, integrate and ensure the correct application of all legal and collective bargaining developments
§ Keep an active watch on its area of expertise
§ Editorial implementation of all agency payroll rules to ensure correct application
§ Manage relations with pension organizations, CPAM, Caisses de Congés Payés, Prévoyance (provident fund), etc.
With 3 to 5 years' higher education, you have a background in Human Resources or Payroll. You have a first successful experience in a similar function. Communicative, responsive and technical, you are also able to demonstrate your pedagogical skills and firmness. A sound knowledge of labor law is essential to the successful completion of your assignments.
You have good interpersonal skills, are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, have a sense of priorities and know how to report on your activity.
You are able to make proposals and take initiatives and decisions in relation to your superiors.
