Working on our sites and in direct contact with our teams, your main activities are :
- Deploy a policy of quality, safety at work, flight safety and security at all stations (Lyon, Marseille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Biarritz).
- Leading the QSSE station relay team
- Ensure support for operational staff and their acquisition of methods and processes
- Analyze and manage accidents, incidents and near misses
- Evaluate risks and malfunctions, identify areas for improvement and raise employee awareness.
- Identify new processes and layouts to improve employee safety
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements relating to safety and security (single document, prevention plan, PPE, training compliance, etc.).
- Fill in indicators/dashboards
- Formalize andmonitor the continuous improvement and monitoringplan
- Be present in the field to check staff working conditions and take account of risk situations
- Participate in CSSCT meetings
With an engineering degree (Bac +5), you are organized, rigorous and have good writing and interpersonal skills.
You enjoy the world of aviation and everything to do with safety and compliance .
