We are recruiting for our agency in Castres (81) :
Agri-food site manager F/H
You organize, control and manage the work of the teams and the resources to be deployed to ensure the smooth running of services on the sites.
As part of your duties, you will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Framing :
- Supervise maintenance workers and set an example,
- Listening to staff to anticipate malfunctions and their solutions,
- Ensure that maintenance workers are trained, authorized and able to carry out the work,
- Ensure that safety instructions, procedures, work instructions and operating methods are followed, and that PPE is used,
- Participate in recruitment campaigns,
- Welcome new recruits and train them through mentoring,
Site monitoring :
- Technical and administrative management of the site,
- Direct the work, monitor its progress and ensure that it is carried out correctly,
- Check compliance with specifications,
. You will check the services provided and pass on information to your superiors.
. Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards and rules, as well as all dressing procedures and cleaning follow-up protocols.
. Participate in the continuous improvement of production processes by proposing optimization solutions.
- Monitor application of the prevention plan,
- Ensure site security during and outside working hours,
- Ensure that waste is properly sorted and disposed of,
- Ensure compliance with QHSE health and safety procedures defined by management,
Customer relations :
- Act as a permanent customer interface, answering customer queries and suggesting improvements and additional services.
Equipment management and maintenance:
- Manage product, equipment and PPE inventories and distribution,
- Ensure that the materials and equipment used are in good working order and that periodic checks have been carried out,
With higher education in the agri-food sector or with initial significant experience in team management on an agri-food production site, you are a hands-on person, recognized for your ability to work as part of a team, for your interpersonal skills, your rigor and your organizational skills.
