Ensure the structuring of volume recruitment and deploy the processes defined centrally
Provide support to regional recruitment managers
Manage direct non-executive recruitment: advertisements, sourcing, pre-qualifications, interviews, drafting assessment summaries, taking up references, etc.
Participate in various recruitment events (forums, job fairs, student fairs, etc.)
Develop relationships and partnerships (schools, universities, training organizations, employment institutions, etc.)
Manage annual work-study campaigns
Maintain and develop relations with the Group's Training Department
Set up monitoring dashboards and ensure regular reporting

Your assets

With a degree in human resources, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the temporary employment or BtoB services sector.

You have a strong expertise in volume recruitment and master the fundamentals of sourcing, job boards and social networks, as well as the different interview techniques.

You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, your ability to communicate and your taste for teamwork. You also have a proven track record of rigor, organization, tenacity and results orientation.

You are at ease with IT tools.
