88 new graduates for Onet University

Training today's and tomorrow's managers

The ceremony honored the 2023-2024 classes of the "Manager of a Center of Responsibilities (MCR)" and "Proximity Manager (PMO)" courses.

Local Manager: This program is designed to support employees in their transition to a managerial role, reinforcing their legitimacy and optimizing the performance of their teams.

Managing a Center of Responsibility: This course focuses on the strategic management of a unit, developing advanced skills in management and operational performance.

These training courses aim to build a solid foundation of managers ready to take on the challenges of today and tomorrow.

At the same time, the ceremony welcomed 35 new graduates of the "New Manager" program. This program prepares operational employees for their first managerial experience, laying the foundations for their professional development.

Sales Excellence: a strategic lever

Another highlight of the evening was the presentation of Les Fondamentaux de l'Excellence Commerciale certifications to 17 Group employees. This program was custom-designed in collaboration with Onet University and Kedge Business School's Continuing Education Department.

Each module of this training program was co-constructed with Onet's teaching staff and business experts to best reflect the specificities of the Group's culture, environment and businesses.

The objective:

Validate employee skills development ;

Increase their sales effectiveness;

And contribute to the Group's overall development.

As well as passing on knowledge, this program aims to create a close-knit, high-performance Onet sales community, ready to take on the strategic challenges of tomorrow.

Lean Management: a first for Onet University

New this year, the first Green Belt promotion in Lean Management was awarded, mainly to our Regional Operations Managers (Waste Management and Services BUs).

This certification, recognized worldwide, attests to their expertise in analysis, management and leadership in continuous improvement projects. Trained in Lean methodologies (optimizing processes, flows and reducing waste, creating value for our customers), these employees are now key players in this field within the Group.
