Let's Go
Onet

Onet has reaffirmed its commitment to its employees by launching "Let's Go", the Onet Group's sports scholarship, an initiative designed to support its teams' sporting projects.

This program, open to all employees with permanent contracts of more than one year, encourages participation in sporting activities that promote human and environmental values. By sharing their projects, motivations and anticipated impacts, they can benefit from financial support to realize their sporting ambitions. By supporting our employees in their sporting challenges, we reinforce our commitment to the well-being and personal fulfillment of each individual.

Out of more than 34 eligible applications, 7 Onet sportsmen and women have been identified to promote and support their project.

This initiative is in line with our core values of listening, respect and boldness. In this way, the Group contributes to the personal development of its employees and supports them in their sporting, collective and human projects.

Onet and sport,
a long history.

Following on from its partnerships with clubs, sporting events and top athletes, Onet is launching the first edition of "Let's Go", its sports grant designed to support and encourage employees' sporting projects.

It all began nearly 40 years ago, with partnerships with emblematic clubs such as Olympique de Marseille and later Olympique Lyonnais, for whom the Group provides services.

Onet also sponsors sporting events: the Open 13 over 30 years ago, the Rolex Monte Carlo Masters 15 years ago and the Mutua Madrid. The creation, in 2021, of an Event Activities Department, which coordinates Onet's services (cleaning, security, hospitality, logistics) in this area, also demonstrates the extent to which sport is at the heart of the Group's business development strategy.

Support sports projects in line with our values

Onet doesn't stop there, however, and gets involved in sports projects that are in line with the values of a company with impact, such as environmental preservation or inclusion. In 2019, skipper Fabrice Amedeo's scientific project , #OceanCalling, is the subject of a first collaboration.

As the Olympic Games approach, from 2023, Onet announces its partnerships with wheelchair tennis player Emmanuelle Mörch and swimmer Marie Wattel. The Group then joins the ranks of patrons of the Fonds Héritage Sport, supporting visually impaired judoka Prescillia Lézé and 60 m hurdler Sacha Alessandrini. At the same time, its partnership with Olympique de Marseille was extended to include support for the women's team.

Welcome to the world of Onet through the prism of sport, where action, solidarity and innovation come together to create exceptional success stories.

Olivia COX

Regional HR Manager at Onet Cleaning and Associated Services in Lyon

With nine years' experience within the group, Olivia is embarking on an ambitious project

A career dedicated to human resources Olivia Cox, as Regional HR Manager, manages human resources with a particular focus on employee needs and promoting an inclusive and caring work environment. Her role at Onet involves supporting teams in the field, helping employees with their professional development and ensuring their day-to-day well-being.

The Raid Défi d'Elles, a competition dedicated to the fight against breast cancer

This is the adventure Olivia has chosen to undertake. Having been affected by the disease herself ten years ago, Olivia sees the challenge as a victory for her new-found health, and an opportunity to raise awareness of the cause with a partner. The Raid Défi d'Elles supports the Jeune&Rose association, which fights breast cancer in France. Participants, accompanied by the association's volunteers, learn self-palpation techniques and essential preventive practices. At the end of each raid, donations are collected and directly transferred to support the association's actions.

For our colleague, this project represents much more than a sporting challenge.

It's a personal mission to raise awareness of breast cancer prevention. Taking part in the Raid enables her to develop skills such as endurance, resilience and teamwork, qualities she also applies in her role as HR Manager. We wish Olivia every success in this adventure and look forward to following her progress at the Raid Défi d'Elles 2024.

Justine ESTANISLAO

Mechanical engineering engineer and technical architect at Onet Technologies

Justine represents the duality of professional and sporting performance. Thanks to her experience at Onet and her training at INSA Strasbourg, Justine has been able to integrate the values of sport into her daily and professional life.

A commitment to Touch Rugby

In August 2023, Justine took part in the European Touch Rugby Championships in Vichy, proudly representing our Group on the international stage. This sport of speed, strategy and agility resonates with her role as a project engineer, where the ability to coordinate, anticipate and create ingenious solutions is essential.

Parallels between sport and profession

For Justine, Touch Rugby is a way of developing key skills such as team spirit, leadership and project management, skills she also applies in her day-to-day professional life. Responsible for manufacturing follow-up and coordination between ESPN Digital (a collaborative platform for all those involved in assessing compliance with French regulations on Nuclear Pressure Equipment, aimed at digitizing and simplifying regulatory certification processes) and Onet Technologies, Justine uses the lessons she learns from sport to perform in her missions.

The impact of sport on daily and professional life

Regular practice of Touch Rugby has required Justine to be rigorously organized, enabling her to manage her time efficiently between training, recovery and her professional responsibilities. This discipline has helped her adopt a healthier lifestyle and optimize her days, making her more effective in her work. Sport also offers her an escape to relieve stress, improve her mental well-being and reconnect with her goals. She emphasizes that the power of the collective, whether in sport or at work, is essential to success. Her testimony resonates with our slogan "Closer, Stronger", illustrating the importance of working together to achieve common goals. With this in mind, Onet launched the Bourse au Sport Onet to encourage its employees to pursue their sporting passions.

Barbara GIARDINA

Events communication manager for the Onet Group

Barbara has been working for the Onet group for six years as an event communications manager. Her career with Onet began in the last year of her Master's degree as part of a work-study program, and quickly turned into an opportunity. From communications to event organization, her missions aim to strengthen the Group's image and reputation.

Rowing competitions and inclusion awareness

Barbara has chosen to take part in the 2024 and 2025 rowing competitions under the colors of Onet and the L'Avi Sourire association. Rowing is a demanding discipline that requires strength, endurance, coordination and team spirit. Its project is not limited to competition; it also aims to promote social inclusion and health and safety prevention through regular physical activity. The Avi Sourire association is a school for inclusion and integration through sport, rowing and other nautical and outdoor activities, for people with all kinds of disabilities: mental, motor, sensory and psychological.

She would like to raise awareness among Onet employees of the benefits of this sport for mental and physical health, particularly for people with disabilities, by taking part in the French Sea Rowing, Beach Rowing and Indoor Rowing Championships in 2025, with preparation courses and long-distance rowing trips. In addition, she would like to organize inclusive discovery days and team-building events for Onet employees, strengthening team cohesion and raising awareness of inclusion.

" A personal passion can be transformed into a collective mission".

Our contributor talks about how the sea shaped her childhood and how, after a much-needed break from rowing, she's ready to get back on the water. She sees this project as an opportunity to surpass herself and show that sport can be a powerful tool for changing outlooks and forging links.

Alexia LACROIX

Operations Manager and QSE Manager, with Onet for over 24 years, a synergy between professional commitment and sporting passion.

A career path and development

Alexia manages a portfolio of customers specializing in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring personnel management, customer follow-up and cost control. She also oversees ISO 9001, 14001 and MASE certifications, as well as being a national expert in pharmaceutical cleaning. Her career with Onet spans more than two decades, during which she has held various positions of responsibility in quality, safety and environmental management.

Involvement in Wheelchair Rugby

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Alexia is deeply committed to wheelchair rugby, a sport that reflects her values of determination, solidarity and self-improvement. She is an active member of the Club Sportif de Bourgoin-Jallieu Handisport (CSBJH), and contributes to the organization of the "Coupe des Alpes" in wheelchair rugby, a major event to promote handisport. The "Coupe des Alpes" in wheelchair rugby will be held on September 28 and 29, 2024 at La Tour du Pin. This event, created by the CSBJH wheelchair rugby section, brings together teams from Switzerland, Italy, Toulon and Clermont-Ferrand, as well as the CSBJH, for a weekend of intense competition, with the winner taking home the prestigious "Shield of the Alps".

Promote handisport by giving every disabled person access to a suitable sporting activity.

For Alexia, wheelchair rugby is more than just a sport. It's a passion that allows her to put her professional difficulties into perspective, to switch off and strengthen her leadership, project management and teamwork skills. The volunteer work associated with organizing the Coupe des Alpes gives her an immense sense of satisfaction and personal fulfillment. Alexia shares that wheelchair rugby has instilled in her the values of self-sacrifice, respect and team cohesion. The players' thanks for the help they have given are constant, but Alexia insists that it is the players themselves who bring so much to the organizing team through their resilience and spirit of camaraderie.

Sophie MAZUY

Qualified site assistance technician at Onet Technologies in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux

Sophie Mazuy is a preparator and planner in the materials handling department at the Tricastin nuclear power plant. With her expertise in site management and planning, Sophie is a rigorous professional who ensures that projects run smoothly, guaranteeing the quality and safety of interventions within Onet Technologies.

One ambition: to take part in the 2027 Global Games

A table tennis enthusiast since 2017, Sophie Mazuy has risen through the ranks to become one of the best adapted sport players in France. In 2023/2024, she won several titles, including a bronze medal at the French Adapted Sport championship in mixed doubles. Her ambition doesn't stop there; her new project is to take part in the 2027 Global Games in Egypt, the equivalent of the world championships for adapted sport.

For Sophie, table tennis is more than a sport: it's a passion that has a significant impact on her daily and professional life.

She emphasizes that her participation in the French Adapted Sport Championships was a transformative experience. Meeting other athletes and the support of the community gave her the motivation and determination she needed to set her sights on the Global Games. Her victories and challenges resonate with her work at Onet, where she applies the same rigor.

Recognizing the benefits of sport for its employees, Onet has launched the Onet Sport Grant to encourage ambitious projects like Sophie's. This support will enable our employee to pursue her dream of taking part in the 2027 Global Games and representing France on the international stage.

Rolland TERRIN

Senior Contract Manager and Compliance Officer with Onet Technologies for over eleven years

Rolland suggests creating a "Tennis Entreprise" section within our Group.

This project fits in perfectly with our tradition of commitment to sport and the promotion of social cohesion. The French Tennis Federation (FFT) organizes the "Tennis Entreprise" competition, which brings together more than 4,000 teams across France, including well-known companies.

In 2023, committee 13 welcomed 66 Tennis Entreprises associations, with a total of 318 participants. Rolland wants Onet to join these associations by forming tennis teams made up of our employees. His project is not limited to competition; it aims to offer everyone the chance to play tennis, to reinforce social cohesion and team spirit, and to give a dynamic and healthy image of our company. What's more, this initiative will enable us to meet other economic players in the region, thus enriching our professional network.

Based on his knowledge of several colleagues already practicing the sport, he is convinced that he can form competitive teams. He offers to volunteer as captain of a men's or mixed team. At the same time, he will establish partnerships with local clubs such as AS Aiguier, Roy d'Espagne or Luminy, to host our teams and facilitate training with qualified teachers.

This project is also in line with our values of listening, respect and boldness.

In collaboration with Emmanuelle Mörch, a professional tennis athlete supported by Onet, we hope to promote not only sport but also an inclusive working environment. The positive impact of this project on the daily lives of our employees will be significant. By playing tennis regularly, they will be able to improve their physical fitness, develop their team spirit and strengthen their sense of belonging to the company. Rolland, through his commitment, shows that sport contributes not only to his personal well-being but also to his professional performance, by improving his concentration and productivity.

Félix PIVOT

Operations Manager at Onet Technologies

A career dedicated to safety: her role includes supervising various operations, ensuring compliance with safety and intervention protocols. His career at Onet has been marked by the effective management of complex operations.

Ambition: to become a scuba diving instructor

Félix has an ambitious project that will span several years: to become a scuba diving instructor. This project will take place in the PACA region, at Neptune Club Plongée Environnement (NCPE) in Marseille, a diving club founded 24 years ago. NCPE's activities range from aquatic and underwater sports to coastal and seabed clean-up, as well as raising public awareness of the effects of marine pollution.

A project focused on environmental concerns

By training new divers, he aims to inculcate practices that respect the marine ecosystem, thus ensuring the transmission of gestures and values essential to the preservation of underwater biodiversity. Onet's support will enable Félix to pursue his ambition to become a diving instructor and initiate concrete actions for marine protection.

Our employee emphasizes that scuba diving has enabled him to develop crucial skills such as rigor, attention to detail and respect for safety protocols. His passion for diving has also heightened his awareness of environmental issues, reinforcing his commitment to the protection of marine biodiversity.

His project is a source of inspiration for all Group employees, for the good of the planet. We look forward to following his progress and his contributions to the preservation of marine ecosystems.
