Onet invites you to share your thoughts and ideas on how to improve cleanliness in the workplace.

Cleanliness is fundamental: that's the conviction of the Onet Group. Committed to raising awareness of this issue, Onet has for several months been running large-scale creative operations aimed at the general public and principals to raise awareness of the impact of cleanliness on employees' well-being and performance in the workplace.

A Quiz for better living in the workplace

In 2018, an IPSOS and Onet* study revealed that cleanliness contributes to well-being at work for 98% of French people. But it also showed that cleanliness is a source of conflict for one in two employees (and up to 6/10 in open and flex offices). Indeed, the way in which people view and relate to cleanliness differs from one individual to another. In this context, communication is essential. That's why Onet has developed tools aimed at users and contractors.

What's on the program? A quiz to find out your cleanliness profile at work. From the hypersensitive to the pragmatic, via the demanding, the detached and the good students, everyone can identify their cleanliness profile and learn the tips and tricks to help them live cleanliness better together at work. Onet has also launched a website on the theme of basic cleanliness , including the quiz, the key findings of the IPSOS survey on the impact of cleanliness on French people's daily lives, a blog, posters, etc.

A better understanding of occupants' cleanliness vision, for improved performance

Cleanliness is also a lever for overall company performance. It is a decisive factor in creating a work environment conducive to efficiency: in a healthy, orderly environment, employees can devote more time to carrying out their professional tasks. A study carried out with IPSOS showed that 93% of French employees surveyed said they were more motivated when working in a clean, tidy environment.

Stéphane Point"Cleanliness is fundamental - that's the conviction we share with our customers. It is too often underestimated.

As an industry leader, our ambition is to highlight the impact of cleanliness on our daily lives, our well-being and our performance. The quiz we launched with IPSOS is one of the awareness-raising initiatives we've taken, but it's not the only one. For example, with our customers, we also set up customized diagnostics to understand occupants' expectations.

Placing the end user at the heart of our services is an approach to which many of our customers are attentive. The most effective solutions are those that take into account all stakeholders," emphasizes Stéphane Point, Onet's Managing Director.
