Faced with the urgency of climate change, it's no longer enough to limit our impact: we have to transform it.

Energy efficiency: concrete results

Launched in 2022, our action plan in France has already enabled us to reduce our electricity consumption by 11% and our natural gas consumption by 18% by 2024 compared with 2022. This significant reduction has been made possible by concrete initiatives such as :

  • Awareness-raising campaigns for our employees on responsible practices,
  • Deploying energy-efficient solutions in our own buildings.

of our employees work directly at our customers' sites, and their travel represents a major source of our emissions. One of the main obstacles to the use of public transport is the staggered or discontinuous working hours of some of our employees. Yet the mode of transport and the distance between home and work are key factors in our environmental impact.

In response, Onet has launched several major initiatives:

  • Promoting daytime and continuous working to encourage the use of public transport,
  • The introduction of sustainable mobility packages to encourage soft mobility such as cycling and carpooling,
  • The development of partnerships with Blablacar Daily and Géovelo to support this transition,
  • Reducing business travel by air in favor of rail
  • Accelerating the electrification of the Group's vehicle fleet to reduce its impact in terms of greenhouse gas emissions and fine particles.
