Closing of our video series with Emmanuelle Mörch & Marion Gastinel.

Since November, the Onet group has been offering a series of six short videos featuring a series of portraits, combining high-level sport, real-life experiences, and professional development. The series comes to an end today with the final episode entitled "Happy Holidays."

The genesis of the shoot

This series was born out of a series of coincidences. Marion Gastinel, Operations Manager at the event agency Onet Cleaning and Associated Services, and Emmanuelle Mörch, a professional wheelchair tennis player, ranked third in France and sponsored by Onet, met on numerous occasions at events, sporting projects, and film shoots, but never had the opportunity to talk at length.

A series consistent with the Group's commitments

Through these short videos, the Onet group wanted to give a voice to two women with different backgrounds but facing common challenges. The aim was to highlight real-life situations, without theoretical discourse, by addressing work, sport, commitment, professional development, and the adjustments necessary when personal life changes.

This series is fully in line with the Group's commitment to professional equality, inclusion, and recognition of individual career paths, regardless of profession, level of responsibility, or personal circumstances. It shows how these commitments take shape through real-life situations experienced by a field employee and a high-level athlete, both of whom are supported by the Group in their professional and personal projects.

The idea for this capsule emerged in an economic and social context where issues such as work-life balance, parenting, professional equality, and support are becoming increasingly important. Informal discussions, shared sensitivities, and the almost simultaneous announcement of a new stage in each woman's life led to the proposal of a format featuring sincere and authentic testimonials.
