Among the winners of Let’s Go, the Onet 2025 Sports Grant, Philippe Arnaud, Director of Human Resources (Centralized Support) for the Onet Group, is leading a project—one that is athletic, collaborative, and community-focused—alongside several colleagues from our Information Systems and Digital Division. Through his video profile, discover the motivation, commitment, and preparation behind this extraordinary challenge: cycling up Mont Ventoux via its three slopes in a single day, to benefit MARAdJA.
A particularly demanding athletic challenge, which represents:
Scheduled for May 25, 2026, this project requires long-term physical and mental preparation, marked by regular training sessions and several key sporting events. But beyond the feat itself, this challenge is driven above all by a deeply human ambition: to use sports to support a vital cause.
A Challenge to Benefit MARAdJA
Through this initiative, Philippe Arnaud and his team have chosen to support MARAdJA, an organization affiliated with Bordeaux University Hospital, which supports adolescents and young adults with cancer throughout their journey. Its work goes beyond medical care. MARAdJA also addresses fundamental aspects of daily life and recovery:

This project aims to raise awareness about these support programs and to help raise funds to support their work.
