Partnership agreements to strengthen the skills and excellence of our future employees

Skills are at the heart of tomorrow's nuclear challenges. Onet Technologies is actively involved in training our future employees, and has renewed its partnership agreement with the IRUP and ISTP institutes.

 

A partnership agreement has also been signed with the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.

20 years of partnership: Onet renews its trust in the largest work-study training center for the French nuclear industry

Represented by Elodie Volle, Human Resources Director, and Caroline Robert, Recruitment Manager, Onet Technologies, the Onet Group has renewed its partnership agreement with the IRUP and ISTP institutes for a further 2 years, with Cyril Faure, Managing Director.

Its aim is to develop the skills of its employees.

Since 2003, IRUP and ISTP have provided 140 Group employees with work-study training in the following professions:

  • Managers of nuclear environment activities,
  • Engineers,
  • Project managers,
  • Service technicians.

An agreement signed with the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers

Onet has also signed a one-year partnership agreement with the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.

Aix-en-Provence campus

On the Aix-en-Provence campus, Arts et Métiers provides us with the mediastiAMa unique 2,000 m² space dedicated to technology and industrial renewal.

 

The mediastiAM consists of a 500 m² learning center with a variety of workspaces, documentary resources and group work areas.

 

Innovation and new teaching practices will be facilitated by three classrooms equipped with reconfigurable furniture and individual or shared workspaces, to accommodate our Onet technologies teams and Arts et Métiers students.

 

This partnership will enable us to strengthen the skills of our Group's future talent.
