Family Day Onet -
A first edition under the sign of conviviality and discovery

On Saturday September 20, Onet Group headquarters hosted the very first Family Day. More than 500 employees and their families came together for an exceptional day of fun and discovery of our businesses.

A unifying project at the heart of Onet's DNA

Family Day was born out of the desire of the Group's management to create a special moment for employees and their families, by opening the doors of the head office and highlighting the diversity of our professions and expertise.

More than just a party, this event was an opportunity to share the world of Onet with young people, strengthen ties between colleagues and friends, and highlight the essential role played by the men and women who embody the company's values every day.

Onet's professions at the heart of discoveries

Throughout the day, families were able to go behind the scenes of Onet's businesses thanks to immersive and educational experiences:

  • Technological immersions: virtual reality in a nuclear power plant, guided tours, scuba diving demonstrations and innovations presented by Onet Technologies.
  • Security and hospitality professions: fire truck, fire initiation workshops, mobile PC, prevention escape game, road safety awareness, first aid, Onet Accueil host/hostess diploma.
  • Cleaning trades : cleaning stand (hand hygiene, robotic cleaners, innovative techniques), high window-washing competition.
  • Logistics : forklift exhibition, practical competitions and interactive workshops.

More than 30 events
for young and old

To complete these discoveries, Family Day offered a wide choice of activities:
  • Inspiring encounters: lectures by Fabrice Amedeo, skipper of the Vendée Globe supported by the Onet Group since 2019, meeting with our beekeeper who maintains the beehives located on the roof of the head office.
  • Wellness and sports: yoga, competitions and team games.
  • Fun activities: children's face painting, caricaturist, bouncy castle, table soccer, pétanque and creative workshops.
  • Gourmet break: friendly barbecue, relaxation area in the Work Café, gourmet stands with cotton candy and anti-waste animations.

A collective success

With over 500 participants and numerous workshops and events, the Family Day Onet was a great success. It combined discovery, education and fun in a festive atmosphere. A huge thank you to all those who contributed to this great success: the organizers, the mobilized teams and, of course, the employees and their families who turned out in force.

Together, we have written a new page in the history of the Onet Group's headquarters, on the "village square" where people, sharing and conviviality are at the heart of our commitments.
