Inclusion, diversity, and training: Onet's commitment to younger generations

At Onet, our commitment to society is long-term and translates into concrete actions promoting inclusion, diversity, and training for young people. Today, it has taken on a cultural dimension through our support for the film "Tout va bien" (Everything's Fine).

Onet, sponsor of the film
Everything is fine

Onet is sponsoring the film "Tout va bien" (Everything's Fine), which is scheduled for release on January 7, 2026. Directed by Thomas Ellis and placed under the patronage of the French Ministry of Education, this socially conscious film follows the journey of five teenagers who arrive alone in Marseille.

Through their stories, "Tout va bien" sensitively addresses themes that deeply resonate with our Group's values: diversity, integration, learning French, and vocational training as levers for empowerment and sustainable integration.

Onet teams participated in several preview screenings organized throughout France, followed by discussions with the director. These were powerful moments that opened up dialogue, shared perspectives, and fueled collective reflection on welcoming and supporting young people.

Building bridges between high schools and businesses

Since 2023, Onet has been working alongside major companies and institutions—IKEA, Accor, Sodexo, France Travail, Les Entreprises s’engagent, and the French Ministry of Education—in a think tank dedicated to bringing vocational high schools and the business world closer together.

Our ambition is clear: to build lasting bridges between our agencies and vocational high schools in order to facilitate the discovery of our professions, develop internships and apprenticeship programs, and support the professional integration of young people.

Concrete progress resulting from a collaborative approach

Thanks to this collective momentum, several structural projects have been launched or are currently being rolled out:

  • The creation of business offices within vocational high schools, now integrated into the vocational high school reform.
  • The development of practical kits to facilitate meetings and exchanges between schools and businesses.
  • The establishment of links with 515 high schools in France for members of the collective.

All of these initiatives contribute to creating clearer and more inclusive pathways for young people.

Everything's Fine – Synopsis

Aged between 14 and 19, five teenagers crossed deserts and seas alone. Upon arriving in Marseille, these girls and boys carry within them the burning hope of a new life. They are learning a trade, a country, customs, and for some, a language. "Everything is fine," they stubbornly repeat to their families. But the real journey is only just beginning...
