World Environment Day
Onet reaffirms its commitment to a more responsible future

On the occasion of World Environment Day, Onet is highlighting several concrete initiatives in favor of the planet. For several years now, the Group has been committed to reducing its environmental footprint, by integrating sustainable solutions into all its activities.

Biogistic
Our responsible and circular cleaning solution

Starting in 2019, Onet is deploying Biogistica global ecological cleaning solution based on biotechnologies and designed with the circular economy in mind. Its key innovation: the use of ultra-concentrated products combined with dilution logistics and container reuse.

3 x 25L cans can produce up to 20,000 liters of active solution. Empty containers are collected and refilled at our "Dilumob" dilution stations. The products we use are safe, non-allergenic and eco-labelled, thus reducing health risks for our employees and users.

Internationally, deployment is adapted to each country. Onet Iberia, for example, was awarded the Innovation Prize for this solution at the Facility Management & Services 2024 trade show.

Responsible waste management

Reducing our footprint also means rigorously managing our waste in a spirit of solidarity, through a number of national initiatives.

  • Computer and telephone equipment

For a number of years, Onet has been working with Olinn, an adapted company employing people in reintegration situations, to recycle and reuse its IT and telephone equipment. Thanks to this partnership deployed in all regions, 33.2 tons of equipment were collected in 2024, then reused or recycled.

  • Electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)

Onet has also set up a partnership with the Ecosystem eco-organization for the national collection of electrical and electronic waste. This approach is in line with environmental, economic and social considerations. In 2024, 31.5 tonnes of WEEE were collected via this channel.

  • Textile waste

In 2024, Onet has launched five pilot tests to experiment with the collection and recycling of its textile waste, from work clothes to cleaning consumables (bangs, cloths, reusable wipes).

Eco-friendly outfits for our cleaning teams

In 2024, Onet has rethought the outfits worn by its cleaning operatives as part of an eco-design approach, right from the initial design stages. The result of a participative collaboration with our employees and the expertise of our subsidiary Prodim, this new collection meets several major objectives: quality, durability and recyclability.

In fact, 87% of a garment's carbon footprint is linked to the production of the raw material and its transformation. By favoring recycled materials and robust fabrics, we have reduced the average carbon impact of each item by 11.4%, while guaranteeing comfort and resistance for our teams.
