Thanks to partnerships with leading business schools, Onet University is able to offer courses leading to certification in business and management. These courses enable employees to deepen their knowledge and improve their practices in these essential areas.

The fundamentals of commercial excellence
The training program, entitled "The fundamentals of commercial excellence", was tailor-made in collaboration with the Onet University and Kedge Business School Continuing Education teams.
Each module has been co-constructed by the teachers and the business experts from each of Onet's Business Units, so as to be adapted to the Group's culture, environment and professions.
The aim is to enable employees to validate their skills development, increase their sales efficiency and contribute to the Group's development.
In addition to training content, this program aims to federate an Onet sales community.
Supporting career paths and investing in human capital
The "New Manager" course, for example, prepares future field managers for their new role by integrating individualized follow-up and certification.
Thanks to these training courses, our employees can take advantage of the "New Manager" certification, which reinforces their first level of management training.
Focus on Open Minded Manager
Onet University is part of a group of companies that exchange ideas on innovative management topics. This grouping enables Onet employees to enjoy an innovative training experience through the Open Minded Manager course.
This inter-company, itinerant program is a fantastic opportunity to discover different creative approaches and corporate cultures, and to share best practices while developing leadership skills.
The year-long OMM program enables company employees to exchange innovative managerial practices. It is also an opportunity for our participants to develop their network, beyond their usual ecosystem.
