Onet, a long-standing partner of theOpen 13 Provence, is continuing to roll out its multi-expertise services dedicated to events to mark the 30th anniversary of the tennis tournament.
After a 2023 edition with more than 60,000 visitors over the week and the deployment of 60 agents specialized in event cleanliness and security, our Onet teams are working before, during and after the tournament to guarantee the smooth running of the event and ensure the best experience for spectators.

For the past 20 years, our tournament has been one of the top 2 in its ATP 250 category, ahead of megacities such as Moscow and Stockholm. Its position is quite astonishing.
There are three criteria when you travel to an event. Beyond the sporting criteria, they are access, security and cleanliness. I work with Onet in two of the Group's business lines, cleaning and security.
I always need to evolve and get closer to groups that are powerful, that are committed to me over the long term and that have the ability to adapt and cover all our needs.
There was never any doubt or questioning of the professionalism and availability of the Onet Group teams.

Tailor-made cleaning services
agents ensure the cleanliness of these areas every day.
Every day, 20 agents provide classic and premium cleaning services in the three main areas of the Palais des Sports. From the entrance to the players' chairs, the entire site is taken care of by our cleaners.
A reinforced cleaning system is in place every day in the partners' village, with the use of cordless vacuum cleaners during the day in the partners' dressing rooms.
A double security system
dedicated to visitors and players
Securing such an event requires more than 40 agents every day to keep an eye :
- VIP access controls,
- access to the two Open 13 courts,
- fire safety and personal assistance with on-site SSIAP personnel,
- general surveillance of the partner village,
- player safety, with agents positioned on the courts to prevent any intrusion.
