Onet Luxembourg strengthens its security business with the acquisition of Seris Luxembourg

Onet Luxembourg, a subsidiary of the Onet Group, announces the acquisition on October 31, 2025 of Seris Luxembourg (sales €14 million), a recognized player in human security in the Grand Duchy. This operation consolidates and strengthens Onet Security Luxembourg's position in its national market.

With this merger, almost 250 Seris Luxembourg agents join the 80,000-strong Onet Group workforce, including 6,000 security specialists. Onet Security Luxembourg is thus expanding its capabilities and expertise to meet the growing needs of public and private customers.

 

The activities concerned mainly concern human security - guarding, dog teams, mobile rounds and interventions, fire safety and event security. The integration of these competencies enables the company to offer a more comprehensive, more responsive range of services, better adapted to the challenges of protecting sensitive, tertiary and event-related sites.

The acquisition of Seris Luxembourg marks an important step for Onet, consolidating our foothold in the Luxembourg security market. In addition to strengthening our position, we attach particular importance to the integration of Seris employees, whose experience and skills will be leveraged to pursue our mission of excellence and proximity to our customers.
