Onet appoints Xavier Ouvrard as General Manager of its Cleaning and Services Division

In his role, Xavier Ouvrard’s priorities include strengthening Onet’s value proposition for its clients, accelerating the integration of digital technology into its operations and services, and continuing to improve operational and commercial performance. He also has a strong commitment to the company’s social and environmental footprint, in line with industry trends and the Group’s ambitions.


This is part of the ongoing transformation of Onet’s core business, reinforced by the acquisition of ISS’s operations in France in 2024. In a rapidly changing market, the Group has expanded its portfolio of expertise, particularly in facility management, and embarked on a new phase of development.


Xavier Ouvrard, 53, has a background as an entrepreneur and executive in the services sector. After gaining entrepreneurial experience, he held executive positions at Sodexo before taking the helm of the Babilou Group in 2017, which he guided through its development in France and internationally.
