Onet wins gold trophy at Victoires des Leaders du Capital Humain

On December 13, the second edition of the Victoires des Leaders du Capital Humain was held in Lyon. During the event, Onet was awarded the gold trophy for digitalization in the presence of the social advisor to the French President! Here's a look back on this victory!

A meeting of experts

More than 300 human resources directors, specialized managers and senior executives from groups such as SNCF, Schneider Electric, Bureau Véritas, etc. met to discuss a wide range of topics. Conferences and workshops enabled the sharing of best practices and feedback. HR innovations, leadership and change management in the various human capital functions were then rewarded.

Onet wins the digitalization trophy!

In competition with Caisse d'Epargne Rhône Alpes and Bureau Veritas, the members of the jury* awarded the Digitalization Trophy to Onet.

This award recognizes the Group's entire digital strategy. From the training and career development of its employees to Onet's involvement in digital transformation, human development is at the heart of the Group's concerns. This award highlights the close work carried out by the Human Resources Department and the Information Systems Department, made possible thanks to the support of operations.

Indeed, this digitalization trophy rewards the many digital projects recently implemented by our company. Examples include pre-hiring and Onet Learn. The latter application was developed in close collaboration with our operational staff. 4 pilot agencies (Avignon, Isle d'Abeau, Pau and Rouen) were involved in the deployment from the outset.

"Participating in this type of event not only enables us to position ourselves in relation to other companies, but also to show that these digital projects make sense and are recognized as differentiating and innovative by specialists in the field. This collective prize goes to all the teams working on these transformation projects," says Xavier Montocchio, HRIS Project Director.

Onet Learn: the dedicated training application

With Onet Learn, all employees have access to Onet techniques. Accessible via a smartphone, the Onet Learn application guarantees consistent deployment of Onet operational standards. Used on a daily basis, it is designed for agents, site managers and area managers. Each job has its own training path.

A truly digital and connected training tool, the application features the following functions:

  • Access via personal/professional smartphone,
  • Visual content: videos and diagrams,
  • Validation of acquired knowledge through quizzes,
  • Send us a certificate,
  • User data reporting.

Aware that most Onet teams work in the field, the challenge of mobility was a priority in the development of this in situ activity support tool solution. Particular attention was paid to the application's ergonomics and user experience.

Candidating for an award at the Victoires des Leaders du Capital Humain was an opportunity to highlight the achievements of the Human Resources department. The challenge of integrating Onet's employees within a digitalization process that benefits the company's business expertise was rewarded with a gold trophy at the Victoires des Leaders du Capital Humain.

Promoting talent, a key success factor

Training and promoting talent is a major component of the Group's social policy. This commitment has led to the creation of Onet University, which for over 20 years has enabled nearly 700 employees to progress to management positions. 20% of the Group's future facility managers who pass through the Onet University started their careers as cleaners, security guards, receptionists or handlers. Onet University gives our employees access to degree courses, from bac+2 to bac+5 levels, contributing to the development of their skills and employability.

Martine Baronian, Head of Onet University, reminds us that " the Onet Learn application, accessible to workers, once again reaffirms the University's commitment to 'growing together and cultivating ourreference '" .

The Onet University is now equipped with a new tool, for even more training for our employees.
