The Onet Group announces the appointment of Philippe Mari as CEO of International Facility Services. In this role, he joins the Group Executive Committee and will be responsible for cleaning, security, reception, and maintenance activities in Spain, Brazil, Luxembourg, Portugal, and Morocco.

This presence has been built up over time, around established local platforms and sustainable positions in these markets, making international expansion a key part of the Group's long-term strategy.
In order to accelerate its development, strengthen its positions, and ensure the success of its transformation projects, the Onet Group is evolving the governance of its international activities, drawing on innovation, digital technology, and the development of local expertise.
Philippe Mari, 40, holds a degree in economics and finance and trained at the Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), has nearly twenty years of experience in demanding international environments, acquired at major international financial institutions such as J.P. Morgan, where he led strategic operations in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
He joined the Onet Group in 2016 during its expansion in Brazil, where he supported the structuring and growth of its activities, before gradually expanding his role to include strategic projects and the Group's international development, joining the international team in 2024.
For Onet, international expansion is both a growth driver and a catalyst for innovation, diversity, and attractiveness for the Group. Philippe Mari's career, built in demanding international environments, will be a valuable asset in supporting this momentum, strengthening the consistency of our locations, and sustaining the development of our activities over the long term.
