Onet is strengthening its commitment to inclusion through Agefiph

On April 8, Onet signed a new service agreement with Agefiph at the Group’s headquarters in Marseille. This agreement marks a pivotal step in steering and strengthening the Group’s disability policy, with a view to achieving sustainable and practical inclusion.

Having worked alongside Agefiph for over twenty years, Onet has gradually developed a disability policy that is now fully integrated into its CSR strategy.

A concrete and measurable commitment

In 2025, Onet had nearly 4,110 employees with disabilities. By signing this agreement with Agefiph, the Group reaffirms its commitment to going even further and making inclusion a driver of performance, social cohesion, and positive impact. Through this commitment, Onet reaffirms its position as a responsible and inclusive company, true to its values and resolutely focused on the future.

Inclusion is not an option; it is a deeply held belief that guides our daily actions.

An ambitious and well-structured inclusion policy

Onet’s goal is to create the conditions for an inclusive organization by focusing on both raising awareness and enhancing the employability of its employees. The Group promotes diversity and combats all forms of discrimination, both in France and internationally.

Onet’s Inclusion Policy primarily targets people with disabilities, but also job seekers, people from disadvantaged neighborhoods, young people, seniors, and those without formal qualifications.

It is based on a dedicated governance structure, led by the Inclusion Department and implemented on the ground through a network of 48 Inclusion Liaisons across all of the Group’s operations.

Four key pillars for promoting inclusion

The Inclusion Policy is structured around four key areas:

1.

Communicate, raise awareness, and provide training to combat prejudice, break down taboos, and promote best practices, particularly through the network of Inclusion Liaisons and tailored training programs.

2.

Promote diversity and combat discrimination by prioritizing skills in the hiring process, supporting integration through mentoring and training, and fostering skill development to ensure career stability.

3.

Promote inclusive values in local communities through responsible procurement policies, partnerships with the social and solidarity economy, and the development of socially responsible offerings for customers and clients.

4.

Assess and measure impact by defining diversity metrics, monitoring inclusion performance, and regularly sharing progress.

Onet thus reaffirms its commitment to making inclusion a driver of social innovation and collective performance, for the benefit of both its employees and all its stakeholders.
