Onet Technologies and ENSEIRB-MATMECA Bordeaux sign partnership agreement

Onet Technologies and ENSEIRB-MATMECA, Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique, Informatique, Télécommunications, Mathématique et Mécanique de Bordeaux, are initiating a partnership at the start of the 2019 academic year. The aim of this partnership is to develop joint projects in the areas of training and student integration.

Signed on January 28, 2019 by Corinne Quibel, Director of Human Resources at Onet Technologies and Guillaume Ferré, Head of Corporate Relations for ENSEIRB-MATMECA, this partnership stems from the desiré of both players to make students aware of the opportunities offered by the nuclear specialist company.

"Our teams include over 400 engineers. Some of them are calculators, others hold modeling positions or work in design offices, positions whose skills are developed at ENSEIRB-MATMECA. With this agreement, we want to offer students the opportunity to discover and invest in these professions," explains Corinne Quibel.

"Several of our employees are graduates of this training program," adds Minh-Phuong Lam, a member of Onet Technologies' Technical Management team and referent for the partnership, who is herself a graduate of ENSEIRB-MATMECA.

A win-win partnership

Through this agreement, Onet participates in the life of the ENSEIRB-MATMECA in Bordeaux, making its specialists available for teaching and promoting the integration of the school's engineering students through the recruitment of interns, work-study students and young graduates.

The school, a benchmark in engineering training, represents an interesting talent pool for Onet Technologies.

"It's the leading school in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, and we don't skimp on investment. Significant resources are deployed to ensure that our engineering students have access to cutting-edge software and equipment, to support innovative teaching methods," confirms Guillaume Ferré, who is delighted with this agreement, which will benefit the school.

"We're delighted to sign this partnership with Onet Technologies," he adds, " the company is renowned for its expertise in managing high-stakes projects. It offers a real chance for our engineering students to express their individuality in a particularly advanced technological environment."
