Onet Technologies successfully completes acquisition of Fromeca and strengthens its complex component manufacturing offering

Fromeca brings Onet Technologies key know-how in machining traditional materials and specific alloys such as stainless steel, titanium and Inconel, complementing the mechanical welding and boiler-making expertise already present at SDMS, acquired in 2024. Thanks to the geographical proximity of the two entities (their production sites are only 7 km apart), the integration of the teams will be facilitated and will enable us to offer our customers comprehensive services, covering all key manufacturing phases: boiler making, machining, special processes, automation, advanced non-destructive testing.

This acquisition comes against a backdrop of accelerating growth in the nuclear, defense, aerospace and large scientific instrument markets, where supply chain management, "right first time" quality and innovation are key factors.
