Onet x Les Apprentis d'Auteuil, a new collaboration to promote inclusion
Onet has chosen to support the cause of social inclusion by making a commitment alongside the Apprentis d'Auteuil.
Through the Onet Accueil Sud-Est agency, the Group began a new collaboration during the summer of 2022. Onet Accueil called on the Apprentis d'Auteuil to integrate members of the association into our pre-screening teams for soccer matches in Marseille.
They were put in touch through their educator and Franck Bono, Recruitment and Operations Manager at the Onet Accueil Sud-Est branch.

Mission
So, at each match, between two and three people from the Foundation reinforce our hospitality teams.
Their mission: to scan the tickets of thousands of people and ensure the smooth flow of spectators.
Enthusiasm and professionalism
At the last match, Moncef and Jean-Joël talked to us about their enthusiasm for working for Onet Accueil on these sporting events.
Moncef was the first to join the pre-screening team last August. Immediately at ease in his new role, he showed his professionalism and has since been assigned to every match for the Phocéenne team.
Today, he plays a key role in our team of agents, helping new arrivals to successfully complete their assignments.
As for Jean-Joël, he was assigned to 4 matches. Very happy to be part of the pre-screening team, he is also a fervent supporter of the club!
