Onet x CSR – The Essentials 2025
: A summary highlighting the Group’s commitment to sustainability

In a context marked by profound economic, social, and environmental changes, transparency and education regarding corporate social responsibility are more essential than ever.

 

With this in mind, Onet is publishing its 2025 Non-Financial Performance Report, which has been audited by external auditors, while also releasing a dedicated communication document this year: “Onet x CSR – The Essentials 2025.”

 

Designed as an accessible and impactful summary, this condensed version is intended to help all audiences better understand the Group’s CSR commitments, initiatives, and results.

Founded in 1860 as a French family-owned group, Onet is now a global leader in engineering and services, operating in France and internationally across sectors essential to the functioning of society: cleaning, security, hospitality, logistics, airport services, nuclear engineering and services, maintenance, and sustainable real estate.

 

With the support of its 77,000 employees, Onet helps its customers create environments that are increasingly healthy, safe, and reliable. For more than 20 years, the Group’s CSR policy, “A Present for the Future,” has been based on three pillars: People, the Planet, and Society.

The progress outlined in “Onet x CSR – The Essentials 2025” is the result of everyone’s commitment and a strong collective effort.

For Men

 

The Group’s social performance is based on prevention, skills development, and inclusion:

  • Group frequency rate of 16.4%, down from 2024
  • More than288,000 hours of training provided
  • 4,110employees with disabilities within the Group

This ambition continues with the Onederful, dedicated to diversity and professional equality, with a clear goal: to make Onet a model of true equality where everyone has the same opportunity to thrive and contribute to collective success.

For the Planet

 

From an environmental perspective, Onet has set an ambitious decarbonization roadmap, based on concrete actions that are already resulting in a reduction in our greenhouse gas emissions across all three scopes:

  • 36% of electricity consumption comes from renewable sources
  • 2 tons of textiles were recycled
  • 61 % of vehiclesreplaced vehiclesare 100 % electric

Onet’s commitment to social responsibility—particularly through its Foundation, which works to combat substandard housing and housing insecurity—is reflected in concrete and measurable actions:
