Piloter Onet en Prévention 2025: working together for a stronger health and safety culture

Every year, the Piloter Onet en Prévention day brings together all the Group's employees around a common objective: to make health and safety an absolute priority.

A real highlight in the life of Onet, this day bears witness to a collective and lasting commitment to protecting our teams and reinforcing our prevention culture, at the heart of all our activities.

Two major themes for 2025

For this new edition, two key topics were given pride of place.

 

Preventing cardiovascular risks

 

This theme highlights a reality that is all too often overlooked: cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death among women in France.

 

Every day, they take almost 200 lives, i.e. 1 woman every 7 minutes, compared with around 180 deaths a year among men.

 

In women, symptoms may be different and more discreet: shortness of breath, abdominal pain, nausea or unusual fatigue. They may be confused with stress or digestive disorders, delaying diagnosis and treatment.

 

The aim of the day was to raise awareness of these warning signs, and to remind everyone of the importance of vigilance, prevention and screening.

Preventing falls on the same level

 

The leading cause of workplace accidents in France, a fall on the same level occurs when a person slips, trips or loses balance on a floor at the same level, including stairs.

 

Workshops have been organized all over France to raise awareness of the limits of our brains, which can lead to falls when moving around.

A look back at the Group's best practices

 

Each year, best practices within the Group are highlighted.

Discover the virtual reality training module for Onet Airport Services.

On the runways of Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, Onet Airport Services reinforces the safety of its teams through concrete actions carried out with the Collectif Sécurité Circulation Aéroportuaire (CSCA).

 

Awareness campaigns and vigilance checks are deployed, while an innovative virtual reality module, designed in partnership with Onet Technologies, enables employees to practice in realistic airport vehicle control situations.

 

The Onet Trophies for Road Safety 2025

For the second year running, Onet organized its Road Safety Trophies.

These awards recognize agencies that have achieved outstanding results in road safety in 2024.

The prize list distinguishes three categories:

  • Fleet of light vehicles and machines with less than 50 vehicles
  • Fleet of 50 to 100 vehicles
  • Fleet of over 100 vehicles
