A look back at POP 2021, a milestone in Onet's prevention culture.

On Friday, October 22, 2021, during the 7th edition of Piloter Onet en Prévention, many employees were made aware of the issue.

Piloting Onet en Prévention 2021

To mark POP Day, numerous awareness-raising workshops were held at our many sites around the world.

Speeches, video broadcasts, e-learning training modules, speeches, awareness-raising workshops: it was impossible to miss this event. Once again, prevention issues are at the heart of the Onet Group's concerns.

Protecting the health and safety of our employees, as well as their physical and moral integrity, remains the top priority of the Onet Group's CSR policy.

 

This long-term strategy is bearing fruit, with accident rates falling and severity rates stabilizing.

 

However, it's impossible to celebrate the high number of deaths from cardiac arrest in France. That's why life-saving gestureswere at the heart of the "Piloter Onet en Prévention" day.

A few figures to illustrate our commitment

The e-learning module on road risks recorded over 238 connections, 203 of which were validated.

 

ECF cars were mobilized at Onet Security Toulouse, Pau, the IDF regional headquarters and Onet Technologies Pierrelatte.

The cardiac massage distance learning module

The remote cardiac massage training module provided by the SALVUM training organization thanks to our partnership with GHW has been used by 150 Onet branches. Of these 155 users, 144 completed the module, validating each step.

 

At Onet Group headquarters, the face-to-face "First Aid" workshop was attended by over 92 employees throughout the day.

Internationally, the Onet subsidiaries Iberia, EPM, Switzerland, Morocco, Brazil Centro and Luxembourg also took part, setting up training courses and "on line training" accompanied by management presentations.
