Rolland Terrin creates a corporate tennis team
ready to serve with Let's Go

The Bourse au Sport Onet continues to promote the sporting projects of its employees.

Rolland Terrin, a captain determined to grow the Onet team

From the outset, Rolland Terrin believed in the project. Passionate about tennis and convinced of the positive impact of sport on well-being and professional performance, he rallied a motivated team and structured the training sessions.

 

Today, thanks to its commitment, the Onet team is officially entered in the championship and enjoys the support of several partner clubs, including AS Aiguier, Roy d'Espagne and Luminy. These collaborations have enabled the players to train in optimal conditions throughout the 2024 season.

 

Rolland sees to the smooth organization of the matches and the cohesion of the group, thus ensuring the active and ambitious participation of our employees in this competition. He is also keen to see more gender diversity in his team. Rolland's project fits into this dynamic, aiming not only at competition but also at the creation of a structured and accessible framework for practising tennis in the workplace.

A sporting commitment in line with Onet's values

Sport, a real performance driver

Rolland Terrin's project offers employees a new opportunity to engage in regular physical activity, while strengthening internal ties. A unique opportunity to get together around a unifying sport, to surpass themselves and to proudly represent their company on the pitch.

 

As well as improving physical fitness and team spirit, Rolland emphasizes that sport is a genuine performance lever, contributing as much to personal well-being as to concentration and productivity at work.

 

Tennis Entreprise" competition

The "Tennis Entreprise" competition, organized by the French Tennis Federation (FFT), brings together more than 4,000 teams from companies across France, providing an opportunity to take part in a friendly, structured competition.

 

Onet is now part of Comité 13, where 66 Tennis Entreprises associations and 318 participants were already registered in 2023. By taking part in this championship, the Onet team is not only competing, but also actively contributing to the Group's reputation, reinforcing its dynamism and commitment to corporate sports.

 

It will run from April to June 2025, with the final scheduled for Comité 13 on June 14. The Onet team is now ready to take up the challenge!
