Talents Handicap virtual exhibition: Onet committed to inclusion and diversity.
From November 8 to December 6, Onet will be taking part in the Talents Handicap virtual job fair. The aim of this event is to highlight the job opportunities available within the Group for people with disabilities.
An event dedicated to the employment of disabled people

Talents Handicap is one of France's leading job fairs for people with disabilities. Some 80,000 candidates attend each year. During the event, around a hundred positions (management and workers) will be on offer in the Group's various businesses and functions, throughout France.
The recruitment process
- Submission of applications via the Talents Handicap website,
- Initial remote contact, by telephone or chat, with targeted, pre-selected candidates, by Talents Handicap teams,
- Applications are sent to the specialist recruiter identified at Onet,
- Interview scheduled via the Talents Handicap website by videoconference.
Alongside the recruitment area, conferences will be held on various themes.
This virtual exhibition is an opportunity for Onet to point out that the Group's job vacancies are open to everyone in all its businesses: cleaning, human and electronic security, reception, logistics, airport services, nuclear services (Onet Technologies), temporary employment, recruitment and training (Axxis Ressources).
