SEEPH 2020: Inclusion at the heart of our strategy

This Monday, November 16, 2020 saw the start of the 24th edition of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities (SEEPH). This event takes place in an unprecedented health and economic context, requiring all the more vigilance when it comes to accessing and maintaining employment for people with disabilities.

 Aware of the importance of this approach, we decided many years ago to make it an integral part of our HR strategy. On the occasion of this annual meeting, we would like to highlight all our inclusive actions.

 

SEEPH 2020 at Onet

The European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities is an annual highlight. This event is an opportunity to revisit the principles of disability. Our employees are invited to take part in the week's events, which include games, training sessions and tools.

Our values drive our strategy

With a 7% employment rate for people with disabilities in 2019, we are demonstrating our consistency with diversity values (well above the average for French companies). "More than ever in these difficult times we need to value our diversity and turn our commitments into levers by involving all employees. Stronger together, we will all be winners of this collective success", says Laurence Lelouvier, Group HR Director.

 

We are committed to developing a culture conducive to the employment and professional development of people with disabilities, in particular through our disability policy. Created in 2016, this policy is currently being rewritten, but the fundamentals remain the same: maintaining employment, recruitment and career development. In the coming months, actions on the subject of disability will take on a more concrete dimension with a network of local disability referents to support teams in their recognition, skills development, employability and job retention journeys.
